SU Development was founded by John T. Su, a professional engineer, in 1981 as a full service real estate development and construction company. For over 20 years, SU Development has been successfully assisting investment clients in the development of income producing properties, including commercial, retail and multi-family projects.  SU Development has attracted a breadth of talented and innovative professionals to its team. With the team's expertise and ability to move quickly to implement goals, SU Development has earned a reputation as one of the Puget Sound's most experienced and knowledgeable multi-family housing and construction firms.  The company is organized into three separate departments: Marketing & Development, Construction, and Property Management.
